There are multiple ways to unlock each character. Successfully complete one of the following tasks to unlock the corresponding character. Successfully complete Ultimate Nine Tailed Naruto and Sasuke Second State's final mission on the CPU difficulty Level 2 or higher to unlock the Final Valley stage. Reach 30% mission completion for a character to unlock his or her voice. Successfully complete Story mode on all four difficulties to unlock the 'Story Mode Viewer' option. Successfully complete Story mode on all four difficulties to unlock the 'BGM Music' option. Get a 'Jonin' rank or higher in Two Player Time Attack mode to unlock Two Player Survival mode. Get a 'Jonin' rank or higher in Two Player Score Attack mode to unlock Two Player Time Attack mode. Get first place in Time Attack mode to unlock Survival mode. Get first place in Score Attack mode to unlock Kumite mode.
